No refunds are available for our services due to the substantial time commitment, preparation, and handling involved, especially for applications and procedures requiring approval from third-party government entities like the IRS or state governments. 

Credit and Resubmission Policy

While refunds are not provided, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and the unpredictability of application processes. Therefore, we offer credits and resubmission of applications at no additional cost under the following conditions: 

  • The application process requires third-party government approval but was declined due to a lack of follow-up. 
  • The need for resubmission is due to an error on our part in handling the application. 

Liability for Errors

 It is crucial for clients to provide accurate and complete information. In the event of an error or omission by the client or their partners, Lion Business Services will not be responsible. Additional charges will apply to correct any client or their partners’ mistakes.
